PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. When credit cards are transmitted with www.TheAccessoryBarn.com, we use the industry standard SSL (secure socket layer encryption) to protect your personal information.

SHIPPING (U.S & INTERNATIONAL)

We ship within the U.S using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates for U.S residents is a flat rate of $5.  We do offer international shipping please contact us for a shipping rate before placing an order.

HOW TO ORDER

Placing an order with The Accessory Barn is easy. You can set-up an account with us if you want to but there is no requirement to. If you have already placed an order before and registered, just sign in with your e-mail address and password. After signing in, browse items by style category on the top menu navigation bar. At the "item detail" page, enter the quantities for each color you wish to purchase, then click on the "Add To Cart" button. Review the items and quantities in your shopping cart. You can make changes to quantities and selections in this page at any time.

To browse for more items before checking out, click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the page and you will be re-directed to the item's detail page. Once you have finished shopping and reviewed your "shopping cart", click on the "check-out" button to proceed to the next step.

After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation, and again when your item is shipped. In stock inventory is shipped within 3 business days. You will be advised by email if there is a delay in your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Accessory Barn. If for some reason you aren't satisfied please contact nicola@theaccessorybarn.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Returns are subject to the following terms:

  • Merchandise must be unused with tags in on
  • All returns will be assessed on a individual basis, depending on the reason for return
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • All sale items are final sales
SALES TAX

Sales tax of 7% will be applied to all Illinois residents.
